Spa Coordinator

Blackberry Farm is seeking a Spa Coordinator to provide 5 star service to our guests by attending to their needs when they are visiting the spa. This position is the first and last person our guests encounter when visiting the spa. Primary responsibilities include: handling spa bookings, answering incoming phone calls, coordinating therapist schedules and needs, opening and closing duties, and retail sales. Some additional responsibilities will be retail focused, including sales, receiving, stocking, and merchandising retail products in the Wellhouse.

We are currently searching for a Part-time Spa Coordinator with great guest service skills in a retail/ sales background, preferably in a salon/spa/fitness setting. Must be able to work consistent Weekends, including holidays.

Starting Pay Rate $11. 00/hr.

All applicants must be able to lift 40 pounds, climb stairs multiple times a day, transport guests and therapists to and from their cars or rooms. Some light housekeeping is required. All applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Previous experience in retail and/ or spa setting is preferred.

Applicants must be able to work weekends and holidays as business demands.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
