Night Audit


Night Audit is responsible for over night operations of the front desk, accounting and security of Blackberry Farm. Responsibilities will include activities at Oak Cottage and throughout Blackberry Farm. Overnight responsibilities also include interaction with guests requiring the Night Audit to be an able and competent representative of Blackberry Farm. The major results of this position are to effectively handle any questions, problems, concerns, and needs of any guests related to lodging, food and beverage as well as the general safety of Blackberry Farm s buildings and grounds.

Hours for this position would be 11pm- 7am. Weekend availability is required.

Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers and interact with our guests.

To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required, as well as, the flexibility to work nights and weekends.

  • College degree or 2-3 years of hospitality/security experience preferred
  • Must have a valid drivers license


  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have good language skills and be able to communicate with guests and peers


  • Must have an understanding basic math and accounting functions for night audit reports


  • Must be able to make decisions under pressure
  • Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
  • Must be able to simultaneously manage diverse tasks


  • Must be able to stand or walk for a long period of time
  • Must be able to personally manage time in order to stay alert
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle or golf cart

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
